Rates policy

• The rooms, the parking and the beach are available for guests after 12.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Based on availability, on the day of departure, the customer can take advantage of the beach and the car park at an additional cost of € 20.00 per room.
• For guests arriving in the evening, please inform the reception staff at the time of booking and remember that under no circumstances does the non-use of the beach and parking service on the day of arrival entitle them to occupy it on the day of departure, as it is reserved for the guest arriving.
• For guests who want to use the services also on the day of departure, subject to availability, there is a surcharge.
• Guests who use the half board are entitled to dinner with a choice in air-conditioned room or on the terrace of the restaurant. who will choose a bed and breakfast, can dine "à la carte" in our restaurant / pizzeria with a price reduction of 10%.
• In case of late arrival your room will be charged as booked. To jump start the management reserves the right to apply to the amount of the stay, an increase equal to the price of the room for at least 1 night.
• If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, provide for the reimbursement of the amount paid. After that date and in case of no-show (no show) will be charged for one night or retained the deposit paid.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit to the extent of 30% of the entire stay unless otherwise agreed, by bank transfer, postal order or by credit card as guarantee.
• These prices do not include drinks and tourist tax.
• Pets are welcome.
